Drain Cleaning Rates During Office Hours
Standard Drain Cleaning
$175 – Standard Drain Cleaning (“includes up to one hour, up to 100’ of cable on one drain through an accessible clean-out”)
Add-on pricing is only applicable when purchasing a standard drain cleaning:
- Additional Time on the line – $43.75 (Time allotted: 15 minutes)
- Pull/Reset Toilet for Clean-Out Access – $135 (Additional time allotted: 30 minutes) Includes Wax Ring.
- 50′ of Additional Cable (only up to 150′ total) $125 (Time allotted: 30 minutes)
- Additional Line (up to 100′ through accessible clean-out) $95 (Time allotted: 30 min)
Two-Tech Drain Cleaning
$350 – Two-Tech Drain Cleaning
- Two-Tech Job – for moving equipment. (2nd tech just to move equipment). If the tech has to wait onsite for a tech charge for the time in 15 mins increments plus $350 or rebook to come back
- Crawl space or 150′-200′ cable requires 2 Tech – $525 (Time allotted 1.5 Hours)
Hydro-Jetting
$255 – Mini-Jetter (Used for residential and commercial lines up to 4″ with grease, sludge, or bellies. (If there are roots, see Large Jetter pricing) (Time allotted: 60 minutes)
$525 – Residential Large-Jetter (Time allotted: 60 minutes) Billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour.
$1,050- Commercial Large-Jetter (Time allotted: 120 minutes) Billed in 30-minute increments after the first 2 hours.
$350/Hr – Milling Service (4 Hour Minimum)
Residential Water Heater Installation
(After reviewing job, the technician will confirm onsite)
$1,968* + Tax on Parts – 40 Gallon Water Heater with Tank Only Installation (just the tank, no fittings, flue, expansion tank, pipe, etc.)
$1,992 + Tax on Parts – 50 Gallon Water Heater with Tank Only Installation (just the tank, no fittings, flue, expansion tank, pipe, etc.)
$2,554* + Tax on Parts – 40 Gallon Water Heater with Standard Installation
- Water heater and thermal expansion tank, disposal of old tank. Warranty: 6 year parts, 1 year labor
$2,654* + Tax on Parts – 50 Gallon Water Heater with Standard Installation

Camera Inspection/Video Inspection
$175 – Video Inspection Small Camera (2″- 3″ Line) – Up to one hour, 75’, Dropbox Link emailed 3 business days, and estimate (if needed)
$175 – Video Inspection Push Camera (3″- 6″ Line) – Up to one hour, 150’, Dropbox Link emailed within 3 business days, and estimate (if needed)
If the Dropbox Link is required sooner than 72 hours, there is a $125 expedited fee.
$30 per USB Flash Drive provided on-site
Charges for 6″ or smaller lines will be applied to quoted repairs if the work is accepted within 30 days

$225 per hour of onsite evaluation – Technician will provide next steps and estimate once onsite
Backflow Tests
$150 – One Backflow Test (Time allotted 60 minutes)
$90 – Additional Tests at the space location (Time allotted: 30 minutes)
Confined space and restricted access charges will apply to pits and confined spaces
Residential Garbage Disposal Installation
$480 + Tax on Parts – 1/3 HP Garbage Disposal with Standard Installation (After reviewing job, the technician will confirm onsite)
- A-1 Garbage Disposal. Warranty: 1 Yr Parts, 1 Yr Labor
$520 + Tax on Parts – 1/2 HP Garbage Disposal with Standard Installation(After reviewing job, the technician will confirm onsite)

Septic Tank Locating Service / Line Locate
$155 for up to 1 hour – Line Locate for septic tank pumping only
$255 for up to 1 hour – Line Locate (for information purposes only, i.e. landscaping plans)
Residential Septic Tank Pumping
$400* includes up to 1000 gallons, one hour on-site and 100’ of hose (where the truck can park on a road or driveway** to the tank. We cannot drive on soft ground or grass because the trucks weigh ~50,000 lbs)
For each additional 100 gallons, the cost is $25.
*Within regular service area – some cities require an up-charge. Call an A-1 Team Member for details and the latest information.
- Digging* & Backfilling – $175 per hour with a 2-hour minimum (Tank location must be determined before digging can start) (Excavation services are available as needed)
- Additional Pumping Time – $225 per hour
- Extra Hose – $50 up to an additional 50’
- Call the office for special pricing if the tank is farther than 150’ away from where the truck can park on a solid surface.
*Digging must be done BEFORE Tank Truck arrives
